Volunteer
We put volunteers to work everyday. If you would like to become a volunteer for the MillionMile Greenway, please fill out our Volunteer Interest Form.
Fundraising Team:
The fundraising team oversees the MillionMile Greenway fundraising efforts, actively seeks funding, and makes recommendations about which funding sources our organization should pursue.
Marketing Team:
The Marketing Team handles all of the organization’s communication efforts, including the website, affiliate media relations, and speaking engagements. This team also works to advise and assist the MMG affiliates that have received a Community Starter Grant or a Community Marketing Grant.
Membership Team:
The Membership Team recruits new members, develops our outreach plan, and identifies membership drive opportunities.
Technical Team:
The Technical Team develops resources and software to help communities plan and implement local greenways. This team also works to advise and assist the MMG affiliates that have received a Community Starter Grant or a Community Technical Grant.
Volunteer Team:
The Volunteer Team coordinates volunteer efforts. These efforts include identifying volunteer opportunities, recruiting new volunteers, and ensuring that existing volunteers are effective and recognized for their efforts.
