We're looking for volunteers like you to help build the next mile of the MillionMile Greenway. No effort is too small. We will connect you to the resources and tools you need.

Connecting communities to each other by building greenways

The MillionMile Greenway aims to solve a problem: the daily destruction of undeveloped land — disconnecting communities and threatening our quality of life.

The MillionMile Greenway believes it is possible to achieve a balance between incredible population growth and conservation of land and water resources for parks, trails and natural spaces. We think we can find ways to connect communities and their natural spaces — across town, across a county, or across regions and states.

The organization will accomplish its goals by providing citizens, non-profit groups and government planning offices with the tools necessary to create and maintain greenspace in local communities. Then we’ll help connect neighbors to neighbors.

Count on the MillionMile Greenway to mentor you throughout the process from abstract idea to ribbon cutting.

We want to help you secure pieces of the earth for your community. Join the movement now!
